Darrell Latham

Background Information

 

I am a graduate of Maben High School in Maben, Mississippi. Shortly after graduation I moved to Jackson, Mississippi and pursued a degree in Special Education.  I attended Hinds Community College in Pearl, Mississippi and earned an Associates Degree.  I continued my edcation at Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi and earned my Bachelor's degree in Education.  I am currently working toward my Master's degree in Library and Information Science at the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.  

 

I worked as a Special Education teacher for two years and added an endorsement in Library Media to my teaching license.  For the past 8 years I have worked as a school librarian.  I currently work as a K12 Librarian and Technology Coordinator at the Mississippi School for the Blind.  

 

I have a strong interest in Technology and Veterinary Medical Libraries.
